Please note that nationaltaxibooking.com (National Private Taxi Hire) is a fully independent nationwide transport operator based in Helensburgh, Scotland. We are completely unrelated to any closed, London-only booking automated systems or alternative .co.uk platforms. Our unique model utilizes a live, cross-border driver app framework powered by Trident Taxis, allowing us to seamlessly onboard licensed drivers and dispatch executive transfers across the entire United Kingdom.
Independent operator: We are based in Helensburgh, Scotland, and operate our own nationwide private hire service under the National Private Taxi Hire brand.
No affiliation with London-only systems: We have no connection to any closed, London-only booking automated systems or alternative .co.uk platforms that may appear in search results.
Cross-border driver framework: Our live driver app framework is powered by Trident Taxis, enabling licensed drivers across the UK to join our network and receive executive transfer bookings nationwide.
Privacy and data handling
What we collect: When you request a quote or book a journey, we collect the details needed to provide the service — typically your name, phone number, pickup and destination addresses, journey date and time, and any special requirements such as luggage, child seats, or accessibility needs.
How we use it: Your booking information is used solely to arrange and carry out your transfer, to contact you about the booking, and to allocate a suitable driver and vehicle. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Sharing with drivers: To complete your journey, relevant trip details are shared with the allocated driver or operator through the Trident Taxis dispatch system. Drivers are independent contractors and may be located anywhere in the UK.
Retention: Booking records are kept for a reasonable period to handle customer service queries, account work, and operational record-keeping, then securely deleted when no longer required.
